If you want to quickly have a feeling of LFS and rebuild on it, you cans download the ISO https://okrepo.safe.ca/osukiss/8.3/isos/LFS-8.3-0.10-39-rescue-x86_64.iso You can install it, or use yum to install needed tools (gcc, make, etc.) on the live itself (Or rescue your LFS).
