I've said it before but I'll write it again so you won't have to look for it: My cross-compiler lacked of a complete limits.h header. To generate it, inside GCC's source directory, I had to run cat gcc/limitx.h gcc/glimits.h gcc/limity.h > \ `dirname $($LFS_TGT-gcc -print-libgcc-fiòe-name)`/include-fixed/limits.h where $LFS_TGT is the TARGET of your cross-compiler, eg: arm-linux-gnueabi These instructions are also reported on the LFS book [1] [1] http://linuxfromscratch.org/lfs/view/stable/chapter05/gcc-pass2.html > > -- > http://lists.linuxfromscratch.org/listinfo/lfs-support > FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/faq.html > Unsubscribe: See the above information page > > Do not top post on this list. > > A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text. > Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing? > A: Top-posting. > Q: What is the most annoying thing in e-mail? > > http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Posting_style -- http://lists.linuxfromscratch.org/listinfo/lfs-support FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/faq.html Unsubscribe: See the above information page Do not top post on this list. A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text. Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing? A: Top-posting.
