The screenshot is not particularly useful, it doesn't say anything
from which I can try to guess where you are i nthe book. I will
guess that this is chapter 5 :
There is a sed which has exactly 8 spaces after the backslash.
That sounds like the sort of thing which will cause Python to break
if you used a different number of spaces.
