No. When doing mirror over http, lftp does not go anywhere but one level of
directories down. So it is not quite suited for mirroring web sites, which
can have arbitrary links up and down in directory structure.
But it can be useful to mirror ftp sites available over http.
E.g. http://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/.
