And lftp sees the 'Login incorrect' ... byeee
Also some people are rather irritating in that if they take the server
down for maintenance they actually change the password rather that just
rejecting connections. So again lftp drop out without retrying.
My suggestion is another retry timer (just a simple one) that defaults to
'dont retry' and is triggered for all those failure conditions that would
normally make lftp stop retrying.
