I decided to add two new settings: ftp:retry-530 and ftp:retry-530-anonymous.
Please send me list of messages that servers use for overloaded condition :)

lftp would match 530 reply against these settings (which are regexps), and
retry login only if they match. I think it would be better than retry on
anything other than 'login incorrect'.
