lftp on MacOS X

After trying for a bit I managed to compile lftp 2.4.1 on my MacOS X 10.1
(build 5G15) machine. Only thing I had to do was to set LDFLAGS to
something so the configure-script didn't try to use -s in LDFLAGS and it
compiled fine. Might want to add this information to the INSTALL file.
