I've switched over to using a really minimal FTP server, and it's built-in
"ls" command doesn't deal with any options.  The problem is that apparently
the Debian package of lftp sets a default that makes the directory list
add "-CF", to which this server replies "550 Sorry I don't see that file.
(-CF)".

I'll see about hacking it to simply discard an initial argument.  However,
I thought I might mention here that it could be nice to remove options to
the LIST if there are any, and the reply to it is a failure...  Just an
idea...  Yeah, there are problems with that, but...

Thanks for the hard work.  lftp still rocks my world, though it's been a
VERY long time since I submitted a patch...
