I'm having a problem with the mirror fxp feature. When using -c, it
doesn't seem to want to resume, it just deletes the old file and then
transfers it again. Even worse is, it does this even if the old file and
the new file are the same size, ie. they're identical.
It also does this without the -c flag and with the -n flag enabled.

I find that it does this, when there is a file in the middle of the
directory listing (sorted by filename) missing on the target ftp. It
then removes and retransfers all the following files in that directory.
