feature request

[Quazgaa Scwhaa]

So I cant help but wonder why nobody's ever bothered to add a 'touch' command to lftp, which, as one might guess, would allow you to put a 0 length file, without actually creating it locally and then uploading it. I would try to hack in such a thing myself if I had the time, but Im usually not very good at wading through someone else's code and trying to figure out what should go where etc.
