Hello, I was hoping that you would be able to assist me regarding a connection time out when I am trying to do a "ls" or "dir" command within lftp. I am using the secure ftp and I do get connected successfully (I can see the greeting from the remote server). I am able to do a change directory successfully as well. However, when I try to list the directory, I get the following message (between 30 - 60 seconds - I haven't timed it). I have not tried to put or get any files:
---> PASV <--- 227 Entering Passive Mode (192,85,26,226,117,42) ---- Connecting data socket to (192.85.26.226) port 29994 ---> LIST **** Socket error (Connection timed out) - reconnecting ---- Closing data socket After the message, it the system just hangs. I have changed the net:timeout setting to 90, and it just keeps repeating the ls command. Is there a setting that I may have missed, or is it the remote server? Thanks, Kevin Dunn [EMAIL PROTECTED]
