lftp versions 2.6.4 & 2.6.5

The 'get -c' is broken in versions 2.6.4 and 2.6.5, when I try and 
retrieve the Sun Solaris patch file from sunsolve.sun.com.

It works successfully in version 2.6.3, so something has changed between 
2.6.3 and 2.6.4.

I'm not a sufficiently adept programmer to be able to tell you what, 
exactly, is wrong, except that the later versions do not recognize the 
size of the previously retrieved file, and attempt to start over, but 
fail and do not retrieve anything at all.

I have to start over from scratch, as if I had never retrieved the file 
at all.

Considering that  these versions are 'upgrades', to have a feature break 
like this is frustrating at the very least.
