RPM says wrong version of C lib so did a force. After a couple of trys, unable to do ls or mirror to remote system.
Tar will not run configure-sh. log says that gcc -V is missing arguement.

Downloaded tar and RPM. Tar to redhat 9 and RPM to redhat 7.3.
