Try downloading http://www.animeportal.us:6969/torrent.html?info_hash=89be3276f54a915c674796502e2c2476fd4446f8 with
mozilla and lftp
you'll see a serious difference
lftp doesn't cut/process http header and thus does
not save file with proper filename.
I'd REALLY apretiate you to fix
that.
