Hi to all !!
I tried to use lftp 3.0.3 and 3.0.5 to transfer a file from
a ftp server to my comp. The file is about 3.9GB. I had already about
2GB of that file transferred before with another client. When I resumed
it with 3.0.3 the file remain the same and the lftp shell showed like
it was resuming from the beginning. I checked from time to time
in a terminal with ls -l the lenght of the file but never changed it was
always the same lenght. Now with version 3.0.5 I resumed the download
and after some time of downloading I checked the file in my terminal
and I saw it was growing. Then I left the box downloading but after
some time the server probably timed out and the resume command was
getting the file once again from the beginning showing that is
downloading like 600MB. Do you know what is on ? Is this a lftp problem
or maybe a server problem ?
