lftp dumps core 404 for http request

this is reproducable:

        (faui04) [~] grep bitkeeper .lftp/bookmarks
        bitkeeper http://login:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/download/
        (faui04a) [~] lftp -e "cls . bk-3.2.2 ; exit;" bitkeeper
        cd: Access failed: 404 Not Found (/download)
        Segmentation Fault (core dumped)
        ...

you get l/p if you register with bk, but I think it is public known and
*not* personallized.
