Sorry to bother you with this -- I know you must be busy.
Could you take a look at the following? I have always been able to connect to my own web host, but all of a sudden it stopped working. I still CAN connect to other hosts like ftp.adobe.com.
Some recent changes (not sure if they are the problem):
1) I put my computer behind a router. 2) Apple updated my Mac system 3) My web host is now using PureFTPd (not sure when they switched)
Note that I can still connect to ftp.adobe.com despite any of these changes.
