1] find WP02k -exec touch {} \;
2] mirror -ven -c(or use the --ignore-time-stamps with -c)
I have the same problem, see if this fixes it.

When I issue 'mirror -ven SYS/Software/WPO2k' it will transfer all of the files as expected. Running the same command again will remove all of the files on the Linux box. It does this with several of the directories on the Novell server, but not all of them. There is no patern of which ones it does this to. Does anyone know why this might be happing?
