* flush cache when changing ftp:charset.
* show all queued commands on `queue' command.
* support open ranges for `mirror --size-range'.
* new setting dns:max-retries.
* change dns:fatal-timeout setting to accept time interval suffixes.
* prefer getaddrinfo over gethostbyname2.
* treat GNUTLS_E_UNEXPECTED_PACKET_LENGTH as EOF indicator - this fixes
secure ftp with ProFTPD server.
* fixed netrc usage when no user name is given.
