Hello everyone,

we are having troubles to put a zero byte file in ssl mode.
Lftp waits forever to complete the transfer, the status line says:
`nulli' at 0 (0%) [Waiting for transfer to complete].

In plain ftp mode, lftp transfers the file fast truly :)

Some data about the environment:
- lftp 3.4.0
- openSSL 0.9.7g
- running on AIX 5.2
- lftp settings file:
      set ftp:use-feat off
      set ftp:ssl-allow no
      set ftp:use-mdtm off
      set ftp:use-size no
      set ftp:passive-mode off
      set cmd:save-cwd-history no
      set cmd:save-rl-history no
      set cmd:csh-history off
      set cache:enable off
      set dns:cache-enable no
      set ftp:ssl-allow yes
      set ftp:ssl-allow-anonymous yes
      set ftp:ssl-auth TLS
      set ftp:ssl-force yes
      set ftp:ssl-protect-data yes
      set ftp:ssl-protect-fxp no
      set ftp:ssl-protect-list yes
      set ssl:verify-certificate no

We tried another ftp client (bsdftp), compiled with the same openSSL version,
which was able to transfer the zero byte file in ssl mode. So I think it has
nothing
to do with the remote ftp server.

We need to transfer null byte files in some cases, so can you please help us?

Regards,
Alexander
