I have set up an lftp client and its seems to have installed ok. When I use "open -d" and specify the username and server details that I want to connect to I seem to authenticate but when I run the "ls" command it just hangs as if waiting for a response. All my firewall rules are in place. Does this sound like the remote server is just not responding ? Cheers James
