Thanks for the prompt reply. I cannot find a binary build of 3.6.2 for
cygwin anywhere.

As regards the "(BUG?) URL mismatch" problem it occurs when an open
command structured like this is executed:
Open ftp://username:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/logs/W3SVC404605628

Please upgrade to 3.6.2, the bug should be fixed there.
