Hello,

I have a problem with lftp's logfile when I use the following command:

"mirror -n --log=/usr/local/root/.lftp/logfile /source/ /target/"

Lftp overrides the logfile every time I use the command but i want it to
append the new lines. Is this possible? Can I configure lftp to append the
logfile each time and not to override it?

Second Question:

When I start lftp via script, I don't get the logfile in /.lftp/log Does
lftp not run in nohup if it is startet from a script? I also don't get the
log in /.lftp/transfer_log (thats why I think lftp is in nohup mode).

What can I do to get a logfile (which will be expanded and not overwritten
every time) when I start lftp from a script?

Thanks in advanced..
