LFTP: Bug Digits.php

Hi Alexander

Thank you very much for this great tool. We found a bug in mirror
command. We've done 'mirror -Rv --ignore-time -x .git' to upload
files onto an empty remote directory. LFTP ignores files with the
name 'Digits.php'.

Version is 4.0.2
