lftp fxp mirror using slot name. And max download per site

This cmd works: mirror this/source/dir/
ftp://destiny:a...@4.3.2.1:9876/home/destiny/

However i still cant find the answer if there is a similar cmd which takes
the slot name instead of the ftp url.

Also is there some configuration which set a download limit per site? i
noticed there are speed limits but not any download limit per site
