Just build your kernel with lguest enabled and boot that with the
standard lguest command line. It will fail, of course, when it looks
for its initramfs but that is a start. Then build a standard initramfs
per the way you do these things (or grab one from /boot) and go with
that.

Really, you should not need to hunt down a prebuilt one.
