Hello, I'm new to this list and to this project.
I can't build the library from clean sources due to the following:
- Initial CVS checkout will not provide me with a configure script.
- I can't create the configure file using the autogen.sh scrip on my system,
and my guess its because of incompatibility with the automake version I have
installed (1.4-p6).
Which version is recommend to use?
Furthermore, there exist both a configure.in and a configure.ac in the
structure. Is there any reason for keeping both?
Some lines of autoconfg output:
...
examples/Makefile.am:44: bad macro name `3dsplayer_SOURCES'
autoconf2.50: warning: both `configure.ac' and `configure.in' are present.
autoconf2.50: warning: proceeding with `configure.ac'.
...
A configure script will be created, but I'm rather certain it's unusable.
