Hi all. I'm wondering what is this function (draw_horizontal_band) for? The comments say that this function is called by libavcodec decoder to draw a horizontal band.
Where does it draw that horizontal band? In which cases does it do that? I understand that this is a basic question and feel like I'm missing some basic knowledge. Could anyone explain or share a link to the resource which could explain this?
