OK, but as said in my previous patch, we don't have any code right now that makes cpuflag autodetection work. FFmpeg recently had such a patch committed to their tree. Please cherry-pick it and integrate that while you're touching this code, it's important, and I'd really like --enable-runtime-cpudetect to die and be on by default.
