I'm pretty confident about this change and it really is not
particularly involved. The md5sums of the generated file
match before and after the change:

biurrun@passion:~/src/priv/libav $ git branch | grep '^*'
* tablegen
biurrun@passion:~/src/priv/libav $ md5sum libavcodec/cos_tablegen.c
a1ec05ef3cb5a79f772716d551b00ff3  libavcodec/cos_tablegen.c

biurrun@passion:~/src/priv/libav $ git branch | grep '^*'
* master
biurrun@passion:~/src/priv/libav $ md5sum libavcodec/costablegen.c
a1ec05ef3cb5a79f772716d551b00ff3  libavcodec/costablegen.c

That pretty much covers all bases for me - the rename is safe.

Diego
