Should this go under an ifdef, or since it's a ffmpeg option it's
always OK to remove it?
The proper way should be:
- replace it to warn about the deprecation pointing the alternative
- add an ifdef nest
- remove on 0.8
but if it isn't documented I'd relax the requirements.
