Unicode support in LibAV doesn't mean applications based on it will
automatically got it (ffmpeg / ffplay should works).
Applications should update their code to support Unicode file names on
Windows
(read filenames using Unicode WinAPI -> convert UTF16 to UTF8 -> put UTF8
name to LibAV API).
