I don't understand. I also don't have access to the spec :). What does the spec say about interleaving? Why would implementing the spec break playback on iDevices? MPEG-TS does not require the audio and video to have exact interleaving. As far as I recall a 0.7 second A-V offset is allowed, so this is a non-issue for compliant playback. /Gil
