Going from Changelog, important ones imo:

- win64 asm support (this is _huge_ for our Windows users and was a
long-standing issue)
- native MMSH/MMST support
- Windows TV demuxing
- native AMR-WB decoding
- native GSM-MS support
- SMPTE 302M support
- AVS encoding (chinese variant of h264) maybe?
