Georg seems to have an almost working patch for this. You might want to
check out the thread "[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] MXF index table based seeking".
The approach taken seems to be the correct one - index tables are parsed
and used properly as far as I can see. One possible issue is not
handling multiple body partitions. It does handle multiple index
segments with different EditUnitByteCounts though, which is important
for P2.
I haven't looked at his latest patch indepth yet. I'm rebasing it atm,
and trying to work it into my partition parsing stuff.
