I have a sample I created for test purposes whose first video frame is *not* an IDR or an SEI recovery point. When
threaded decode is enabled, I get this warning message multiple times at the start of decode:
[h264 @ 0x7fe024000a00] Cannot (re-)initialize context during parallel decoding.
And the decoder skips several seconds of video. I.e. the first video frame produced by the decoder is several seconds
after the first SEI recovery point in the video stream.
If I disable threads, the first frame produced aligns with the first recovery
point.
