Hi, yet another iteration. Yesterday on the IRC most people agreed to 'avconv', so it's the new name unless somebody really REALLY hates it.
Also I've implemented some suggestions from Jason, like keeping -vn/-an/-sn options and smarter default mappings. -vcodec/-acodec/-scodec are replaced by -c (or -codec), to which modifiers are appended in the same way as for avoptions/-map/....
