As for #2, I'm not sure what you're asking? add_hfyu_median_prediction()
already has SIMD. Perhaps you mean something else?
Lastly, for future, maybe it's nice to export the huffyuv function
into a separate HuffyuvDSPContext and use that instead. Crapping
random stuff into dsputil is kind of unmaintainable in the long run...
I did sort of wonder why a huffyuv-specific function was in dspuitl...
