I can't currently say (no good Internet access) but the best sample is with many features enabled. If you compile indeo4.c with IVI4_STREAM_ANALYSER=1 they will be printed at the end of decoding/playing. IIRC the best candidate is one of ambassador clips in Sid Meyer's Civilization II - they had at least three optional features and are short.
