So where do you draw the line?
I go by this:
1) Is it documented somewhere accessibly in other projects?
2) Do we keep getting questions about it?
3) Is it useful?
1) shows it isn't easily google-able, and 2), by definition,
makes it a "Frequently Asked Question" for Libav.
