Samples are here: http://samples.mplayerhq.hu/game-formats/mgs1-vp3/ avplay works. Unfortunately, running avconv with '-vcodec copy' and '-f framecrc' output doesn't work. E.g.: avconv -i mgs1-40.vp3 -an -vcodec copy -f framecrc - I'm at a loss to explain why. Removing the '-vcodec copy' makes the command work but that is unsuitable for testing.
