Even with this change, ismv files with vc1 and wmapro created by stream copy
from a proper ismv/vc1/wmapro file don't work well in windows media player
(while they play back reasonably in avplay). So you can disregard this
patchset for now.
These two patches work just as intended, one I had fixed the rest of the
movenc issues with WMP, so I switched these back to the "new" state in
patchwork.
