In case someone feels the urge to benchmark it, it is used for MPEG2 and
MPEG4 decoding.
If my memory serves me right. It is slightly faster then the lavc code
on sparc. But it uses another idct transform algo and thus it is not bit
exact vs the lavc code but compliant according to specs. I am in favor
of removing this.
