I can confirm that the patch builds on mingw cross-compiler for
windows ,I'm waiting to get hold of a server in an IGMP v3 network in
order to test it,
I'll let you know
I tested the patch on a windows server running in an IGMP v3 network, it
works well.
without this patch, I cannot access the stream at all, and with it, the
stream becomes accessible.
