I'd rather have message response tracking implemented fully, but can be done later.
The basic idea is that FC*ublish and _checkbw are not necessary to have stream creation working properly, so they could be either never issued (to be tested with adobe contraption) or their failure ignored.
releaseStream should use the correct stream id otherwise crtmpd would complain as well btw.
