calm down, there is nothing wrong with this patch and the exclude
pattern do no harm when we give doxygen the list of installed headers.

I agree that the default doxygen docs should only list public ABI. Our
internal ABI is too sparsely doxygen documented and it's is safer to
look at the code. The only times I look at doxygen is when I want to
check what the documented behaviour of public functions is.
