The init code is trivial and probably not copyrightable, the prefetch
code on the other hand may be (it's a one-liner, so it's indeed doubtful,
but we're debating a general point here).

Your name is misplaced on videodsp_template.c.  I have not checked the
rest in detail.

You've been around long enough to know that the names at the top of
files mean little or nothing as hardly anyone ever updates them.
I'm not blaming anyone, but I expect you to have that fact in mind
and not slap your name on code you did not write.  I have more
commits and lines changed than anybody and my name is not in
each and every file.

That said, the names at the top of files are meaningless to the point
where it likely makes sense to drop all of them...
