Are those official names or just written in Semithic way?
Yes kinda
Profile 0 : Codestream restrcitions named 'profile 0'
Profile 1 : Differente Codestream restrcitions named 'profile 1'
Profile2 : No codestream restrictions

see ISO 15444*1 section A.10:

In order to promote the wide inter-operability of JPEG 2000 codestream, codestream restrictions are introduced. "Codestream Restrictions" have two profiles, Profile-0 and Profile-1. The case of "No Restrictions" meaning conforming to this Recommendation | International Standard can be called Profile-2. Profile-0 and Profile-1 are defined as follows.

Maximum interchange will be achieved for codestreams corresponding to Profile-0, and medium interchange for codestreams corresponding to Profile-1. ITU-T Rec. T.800 (08/2002) Information technology - JPEG 2000 image coding system
