This 4th version inetgrates the fixed point computation for lossy case,
i.e. 9/7 IDWT.

It integrates also modification done by DonDiego in branch jpeg2000_push
from gitorious.

Test case for bitexact mode added. And pass on 32 and 64 bits archs.
