Here is another set that reduces code duplication and cleans up dsputil. Almost by definition, this is a neverending task, but it does move in the right direction, one small step at a time...
3/7 and 4/7 are preliminaries for moving some cavs and vc1 functions into their respective files and out of the general dsputil code. 6/7 does not fix the code duplication around ff_avg_pixels16_mmxext and ff_put_pixels16_mmxext, but at least it reduces the crazy amount of ifdeffery, same as 7/7.
